Please clear fibre lines from mweb so you can install my vox lines

I don't know if this is the best place but It's sounds that the problem is lyding by you aswell and I would like you to clear the line at buchannon 5 from mweb so you can install my vox lines. I want it done today I called them a month ago to clear the line and they wrote you to ticjwts and still no reauls
