Pathetic, unprofessional, no work ethic! NOSERVE OPENSERVE!!

Openserve don't work on weekends no matter what!! Openserve's fibre optic cable was damaged early hours Friday, 12 April, for our complex. All ISP providers for us, as tenants, escalated the issue with Openserve. It is now 48 hours and we still have no service/repair/feedback. Pathetic, unprofessional, no work ethic. They advertise they are open 24/7 yet here we are...
