Pathetic service , unsatisfactory customer service

From Sunday morning at 6 I had no internet connection , called in vodacom to find out if openserve is down they said no only to find out on Monday morning that it was and yet I still have no internet connection while everyone else openserve network is back up. This isn't the first time that this is happening where as I am totally not satisfied with Vodacom or openserve as their services are both pathetic. Since Sunday I've been waiting for internet connection and yet each time I call I get no help . This is unacceptable honestly
