Pathetic service Openserve

7 days no internet. They have no call centre which makes sense as their service is so pathetic.

We've logged faults and escalations every day over the last week and literally all I get back from this joke of a company is 'send us your fault log' which then leads nowhere. So that is their service loop. If you ever have an issue you'll have exactly the same experience judging from all the horror stories on their various platforms.

So all in all I've paid Openserve yet I have no internet, and absolutely no way of getting someone to come and help.

DO NOT USE OPENSERVE OR TELKOM. I will be canceling my contract forthwith.
