Pathetic Service From Openserve on Behalf Service Provider Super Sonic

Too Directors and Management of Openserve/ on behalf of Supersonic, I have a wifi with Supersonic and which was operational until the 14 th December 2025, which was suspended due to Non Payment. I done a cash payment on my account of which supersonic said they Unsuspended my Account but up until now my Router is showing Red flash light and the Green Open Serve Box is showing 2 Lights instead of 3. Super Sonic Logged the Call with Open Serve under Ref Number SST872801, of which nothing has been done from open serve to sort out the Matter. My Full Name Dayashen Naidoo, Identity number ***.
