Pathetic Service from Openserve

I had an appointment for the installation of my Fibre line today. At 9:10am when the Technician (SunnyBoy) Arrived he did not have Cable to do anything and told me he was also given the wron Work order. He left after doing nothing and my problem is that I have Cacelled my current Internet which I had to pay R1500 for Cancellation and now Come Thursday I will have no Internet.
