Pathetic service from Openserve!

Worst service ever! Been waiting for our fibre to be installed for months now. Everytime they come out do the installation to my house, there is a problem with the infrastructure still not being finished yet. Technician was at my house again today to pull the fibre cables through, but yet again he could not finish as the outside work is still not completed and/or incorrect. It has been several months after work commenced and that we signed up for our 200mbps line.
