Pathetic Service from Openserve

Im with Afrihost and the line is through open serve, I have been waiting for 13 days now for somebody to come and and fix my line, as there seems to be a fault. Afrihost gives me the same answers every time that the matter has been escalated to Openserve.......Pathetic service from Openserve, would never recommend then to anybody
