Pathetic Service from Open Serve

This is the worst Fibre company to exist in South Africa. We have not had internet foe 2 days, we logged a call and 23 hours no response. We had to call back the next day in order to get an answer. Not one person from this ysejwsz provider called us to say there are issues with the network. Bryanston requires other services providers like Evotel. Evotel has impeccable service abd their network nevce drops. They treat their customers so well and never fail to answer a question or query The service from Open Swerve is pathetic avd they act like they doing us a favor but we pay more the R1500 per month on wifi which we don't get to use.

You ppl need serous training in customer service.
