Pathetic Service and long delays to configure line!

Openserve installed my fibre line on Thursday, 2 June. To date my ISP is waiting on them to conclude the line configuration. They also insisted on using my previous fibre box instead of the one that was booked out for this job - one can only wonder what they did with the one that was booked out for the new address - their service is absolutely horrific!
