PATHETIC SERVICE

The worst ever!!! I have been trying to reach OpenServe for over a week to no success. Mind you this is supposed to be new business yet there is no way of getting through to Openserve whatsoever. Let alone my order has been pending since the 15th and to this day I haven't had any feedback from OpenServe. Now I'm at a point where I have app**** with another SP but they can't assist me because of the pending order with OS. NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS
