Pathetic service

I am horrified.

After 3 months and counting, my elderly father has not been assisted with his request. He received no feedback and no response, he always has to call the technicians who then just proceed to come up with a more pathetic story than the previous time.

We have escalated this matter so much that I am starting to wonder if this will ever get done.

At this point, open-serve has proven that they are *********** at best.

Thinking that we might just have to make this an Ombudsman case as someone now needs to start pulling finger.
