Pathetic service

They don't even deserve 1 start. It took 4 days to connect me to Openserve Fibre... The technician was done 2 hours ago, he did not inform telkom and now my services cannot be activated. I cannot get hold of the technician. I contacted telkom, they told me there is nothing they can do. I spoke to an agent at Openserve, he told me he don't know where to escalate the technicians too and his manager also does not know the he dropped the phone in my ear. VERY BAD SERVICE.
