Pathetic service

Good day, I am currently waiting from 29th August 2025 for my wifi to be connected by openserve WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING???? I am still waiting up to today I haven't heard or had a phone call from openserve your service is ********** pathetic. Can someone please phone me and get this issue resolved by this coming Friday.
