Pathetic service

I made a complaint earlier about Vodacom regarding my WiFi being down since last week. They contacted me with the story that open serve needs to fix the issue and on their system it states that open serve has contacted client to schedule an appointment.

At this stage I am unsure who is telling the truth. Because I have never received a call from open serve. Openserve treat your customers better. The lack of communication is shocking
