Pathetic service

What pathetic service. They do not appear to have any regard for the time or money of their clients! Your technician was supposed to be at my house to install wifi at 10:00 this morning, it is already 15:30! I have taken leave from work to be here today for your people and you could not care less! I suppose you or coolideas will reimburse me for a lost pay today? Pathetic! Not to mention your technician is now ignoring my calls! What kind of a service is that! This would not have even been necissary if your technician did not damage the line on friday the first time he came! And to put the cherry ontop he made US BUY HIS TOOLS! SINCE WHEN CAN AN INTERNET PROVIDER NOT PROVIDE HIS OWN TOOLS! How long must we sit without wifi until you finally decide our needs are important enough?? You should be ashamed of yourselves! How is the best you can do "we have escalated the matter ma'am", are you telling me you have no means to communicate with your techs when even I the customer have his number??? You have lost a loyal customer! I can see loyalty only comes from one side!
