Pathetic service

Im writing with great disappointment and frustration

I have paid for my subscription twice this month and still I have no WIFI every time I chat to them I am being advised its been escalated and they will get back to me same thing happens when I call... I was told my order had to be captured manually by Telkom before I can been assisted its been a week I am still waiting.
