Pathetic Poor Serive and Support

First of all, Openserve makes it near impossible to contact them. You still have to contact them via email, that's it. And good luck in getting ANY response on your email. If you are dumb enough to become their customer then know this will be one of your challenges! Pathetic support services. Their so called app also provides near to no support for you. I've been without internet now for 12 hours and I'm being told by my ISP it's a network outage on Openserve side. How long can an outage take to be resolved, are they that ***********? Yes know that outages will take ages to get resolved. You as the client just have to wait until one day they finally get it resolved. That's really poor and pathetic service too
