PATHETIC OPENSERVE SERVICE

I am BEYOND infuriated!! OpenServe CANCELLED my fibre line without me knowing before the 31st of December... In the meantime I have spoken to the Senior Manager and almost the entire WebAfrica team, nobody can help because USELESS Openserve only opens on 11 JANUARY!! ***??!! So, in the meantime I must sit without internet that I paid for?! Worst part is there is an office 2 blocks away from my house!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!

Senior Manager promised me an escalation of the issue and swift solution, to no avail.

Don't waste your money on this company!! Worst decision of my life!!
