Pathetic Openserve!

I am trying to get a Fibre Line and Openserve is supposed to do the connection to my home. Nothing gets done, I am waiting for more than a month now for them to do the connection. Apparently they claim there is currently an connection which is untrue and now everything is stuck. They are hopeless, you can not contact them as you get no response. Pathetic!
