Pathetic in helping customers

So I have contacted open serve on their chat and Facebook but no one replies. I have been told by Afrihost have to wait for open serve to move the line to them. So I guess open serve won't care about customer service and servicing their clients well instead they'll not have customer service representatives to actually reply to assist but expect 24hrs wait to get a reply. No call centre contact number either
