Pathetic Customer Service

Cannot agree more. Telkom and Openserve haven’t the decency to reply or speak to their customers in relation to the fibre installation. All you get are automated response’s that it’s going to be handled within 24 hours. What a Joke. Customer Service is non existent. Pathetic
