Pathetic Customer Service

I am disappointed in the level of service I received from an open serve call center agent. In order to get a fibre connection, I had to call in and speak with someone. I was told that I needed to play around with your website with the ISPS contact person. I had been told his name was Dosen. In spite of my struggle to understand what he was saying, I had to confirm his name. When I asked him again, he hung up the phone. Then I called back, and now all I hear is someone picking up the phone and saying nothing. I called at 10:46 on June 17, 2022. please respond to my email ***
