PATHETIC

Such bad service. I receiving a call to book the installation for my fibre line. They could not confirm a time for the installation so I had to put in a day's leave from work. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. The next day, I receive a call from the security gate at my complex informing me they have arrived. Openserve never told me they were on their way or that they arrived. I had to rush home to oversea the installation. If the security at the gate never phoned me, I would have never known that they arrived.
