Outstanding service

I really want to take my time out to say thank you to openserve from the call centre to the technician for efficient, excellent and speedy service.

My query was dealt with in a professional manner. No "beating around the bush". I mentioned the issue on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning I was informed that a technician is on the way. My problem was sorted.

Being someone that needs internet access almost all the time, I really appreciate the hardwork, effort and dedication from openserve to ensure that I was back online.
