Outstanding service

<p>A huge thank you to Jay Jagath for the outstanding service we received today. We requested an upgrade from a 2MB to a 4MB line from Telkom but there were issues with the upgrade which he went above and beyond to resolve. He did not leave untill it was up and running and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company.</p>
