Order cancelled twice for apparant wrong address

Line installed on 30.08.2024 at the address Openserve Head Office provide to avoid disconnection. Order cancelled by Openserve because the address is wrong which Openserve gave. But Openserve says they did not cancel the order and merely put in an address change. Why and address change as the address used is the one given to me by Openserve. New order placed on 30.09.2024 and cancelled almost immediately by Openserve. Yet, Openserve says they did not cancel the order. My ISP provided proof that Openserve cancelled the order.

Today, 30.09.2024 I am doing my work whilst tethering from my prepaid phone which is not cheap.

I have made numrous calls, emails and chat room messaging to avoid connectivity problems but everything I did as customer fell on blatant ignorance and incompetence.
