Openserve/telkom incompetance

Reported line fault over a week ago two technitions have been out and unable to rectify the issue and never returned as promised open serve cannot fix this issue and cannot even tell me why this is some of the worste service i have ever recieved and technitions have abseloutly no knowlage of networking. They ran a basic speed test and told me they cnt do more than that
