Openserves overall service is the pits

I have been without internet for days, without any updates or details from OpenServe.. I have contacted my ISP but they never respond. I have downloaded the app, and again- only reflecting a fault with no details or movement on the issue. They have no telephone contact numbers, and no way of contacting them. They have the worst customer service. Very quick to install just to offer the worst service. Their connection has also been terrible for past couple of months. Who do we even contact for them to remove their device and for cancellation
