Openserve/MWEB extremely poor service!

Logged a query on 27th april 2023 through Mweb that the wrong router has been installed and that i have no access to wifi. Since then i have phone every week, only feedback i recieve is that it has been escalated. Since i have had to pay for every month without being able to use the services? Extremely poor service!
