Openserve/Afrihost disastrous service!

I took over the Afrihost contract from my neighbour end August. I contacted them then asking to move the router from his place to mine ( just a wall separates the 2 apartments). Afrihost use Openserve to do these kind of jobs. As at today, I have not been contacted by Openserve. I have contacted Afrihost (On WhatsApp, only way possible) on numerous occasions and after apologizing the use the dreadful " your issue has been ESCALATED!". Still nothing and if I try to contact Openserve (again via WhatsApp) I speak to a computer that does not recognize my issue and continuously repeats itself. People will be moving in the apartment next door at the end of September and my equipment is still there. I do not know what to do next. Can anyone advice please?
