Openserve/Afrihost are pathetic

My fiber line was "installed" on the 9th of Feb. But it has never worked. Installer said it was not his problem because it is a line problem. Escalated issue through Afrihost. Openserve sends another installer who refuses to work on the issue because "someone else already worked on it so I won't get paid". Where do they get these contractors from.

Stay far away from any ISP that offers fiber through openserve.

I cannot work without a fiber connection, and my children have already missed a week of their online school. But who cares, it is only custumers.
