Openserve worst network provider by far

Openserve in recent years has become the worst. They have zero communication zero apologies when the phones go off and now we have no wifi for 3 days Vox has sorted out the issue on their side now it's openserve. I truly am dissatisfied with this network my phone went off on Thursday there was zero apology zero communication, it went off again yesterday same no care whatsoever got their clients. All I want now is communication we need our wifi back we have bought more than 3 GB thus far for school and work Monday is school and they study online this is a huge inconvenience please.
