Openserve worse than Vumatel

On Saturday the 14th fiber line was installed on their 30 day free trial. on Order 555916. Internet worked until their technician reset the router due to the fact we could not enter the web UI to configure the Wi-Fi .On Monday I reported the issue via email,. They acknowledged my mail and said they have escalated the matter to their " Escalation Team" . 5 Days later I am still waiting . Stay away from openserve, you are better off with Vumatel.
