Openserve & Vodacom

My fibre network on has been down since Friday 03 Nov 2023, I have been calling Vodacom fibre service everyday and they keep escalating the matter to Openserve and they cant provide a turnaround time. This is so upsetting as my entire house and business rely on internet connections. I have to spend more to buy data bundles for connections. I have been with Vodacom fibre on Openserve for a year now and I have never experience such terrible service.
