OPENSERVE VERY BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed in Openserve, i have adsl wifi with Axxess and the line is with Openserve (Telkom) i had problems with my wifi and everytime axxess logs a call for me then Openserve will come out and then they will say the problem is not by me but on the main box in town. So if i'm correct then they should fix the problem but they don't and they charged me R600.00 x2 that is R1200.00 for problems on the main box in town that is nothing to do with me or with my line but they charge me. How does this work? They are to lazy to come out to Brandfort to check for problems so they wait untill they get a fault logged call from axxess or any other service provider then they charge the client. That is not fair and i think that is as good as *****ing from the customer. Every single week there is problems with Openserve (Telkom) lines in town but we as a paying customer get charged R1200.00 for a ****py job and then the problem is not even on my line and the problem is still not sorted out. Now that you call service?
