OPENSERVE USELESS SERVICE DELIVERY

Fibre connection down since Sunday 17/07/2022. I was told there is a server outage, which I patiently waited to be restored. I was told that they are waiting for a technician to be available how many technicians do they have only one? I am working from home I need my internet connection to be able to do that. When we are called because we own them for the the account they know your contact information but now your account is up to date and you need them they are no where to be found. What's the use of having Fibre if we have to get this customer service I seriously wouldn't recommend OPEN SERVE if this is the service I'm getting. How long we must wait for a simple technician to help WOW pathetic service
