Openserve unhelpfull

After phoning 6 different companies to get a better wifi deal and realizing that just like my current host company they make use of Openserve and in my community everyone makes use of LTE and that's it. We still don't have fibre and Openserve's tech guys don't want to install and do their work in our community. Pretty disappointed as Despatch just keeps on proving that the coloured and black community do not deserve anything worthwhile. After phoning them on numerous occasions they blatantly told me that the service providers such as VOX AXXESS and the rest are only lying to get more orders. They do not cover in this area.
