Openserve unable to solve problems

Openserve internet service down in evenings now for last 10 days without any solution, extremely invonvenient , frustrating and costly and there seems to be no urgency to solve this. They keep telling the service provider they are working on it, but apparently dont do weekends! They think because they have a captive market, and is the only one in our area they can be nonchalant about putting their clients last.
