Openserve trespassing

Hi so i urge openserve optic fibre to contact me!!!Asap as there is no way to get hold of you guys....So openserve worker just entered my property to install fibre line in the area without even notice.....how can your workers force open my gate and enter my property?with out calling asking?and without my consent?They trespassed?iam currently opening a case against openserve workers!!!the awnser i got from the workers is they tought openserve contacted me how can they contact me if they dont even have my contact number???
