Openserve took 4 days to fix their fiber network.

The Open-Serve fiber network was down for 4 days, Onrusrivier It was an area fiber outage as our neighbor had the same problem. There was no warning or any communication. We were left in the dark for four days. It is impossible to contact Open Serve, no numbers work, and the Bot in the App goes around in circles. Very unprofessional. We work from home so it was a real challenge.
