Openserve the worst customer serve ever

I was told by telkom isp that openserve will come install my fibre at my house , it’s been 5 working days nothing happens and I can’t even get hold of the offices to contact me , this is extremely frustrating and they seem not to care at all about customer service , this is one of the worst service I ever experienced in my entire life, this people don’t care a rat about the clients

Now it’s Easter tomorrow no fibre for bother 5 days
