Openserve the pathetic

The most pathetic service I have ever received! MWEB got me my fibre router within 48hours of placing the order, Openserve have missed every appointment they have made and just have excuses. I have taken time out of work to accommodate the technicians to no avail. I have contacted their local office who say they haven’t received any orders, but their techs have spoken to me telephonically? When asked what they will do to resolve it I get told we will have to wait. I have waited a month for this and keep getting stuffed around. All Openserve need to do is splice a cable now and they can’t even get someone to do that. The WORST service known to man. Changing the name to Openserve doesn’t change the fact that you are still Telkom and don’t care about your clients whatsoever! Truly pathetic
