Openserve : Terrible to laughable

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with openserve to connect my internet connection which I even arranged 3 days before moving in. I have been here for 4 days already and still, I have not had any kind of service apart from an arrogant person on the line trying to argue with me in a very disrespectful manner. The worst service I have ever had in the telecoms industry and I recommend you seriously avoid them if possible. Shocking!
