Openserve terrible service

Openserve are Telkom rebranded, but same terrible service, been waiting 3 weeks now for them to migrate my fibre line to a new provider, and they just don't respond to the provider, I was so frustrated with not haveing any internet acccess at home went to my provider they showed me how they store their correspondence and all the daily (Initially) then twice daily correspondence the long list of unanswered calls to Openserve. I offered to call them myself, but they do not deal with the public in any way whatsoever. So will not entertain any communications from the public. Openserv... YOU SUCK, you may pretend to be a sister company to Telkom, but you are Telkom, just as bad and don't seem to care what people say, you have government backing and couldn't be bothered to service your contracts or your customer base. which is why you probably don't respond to any of the hellopeter posts. You just couldn't be bothered.
