Openserve - terrible communication and customer service

Openserve has terrible customer service - they have no contact details and when I did finally get through to someone he said he cannot assist me and that my new ISP should know what to do. I have no internet access because apparently Openserve has installed a prepaid service to my home and they need to release the line first before I can use my new ISP network. They say contact via email however it takes forever to get a response - I apparently have to go another week without internet now! If I knew the service was this bad I would've stuck with Vumatel instead, at least they answer the phone and try to assist.
