OpenServe / Telkom unable to deliver in Southern Cape

Despite waiting for many years for any fiber in the Southern Cape / Stilbaai, Riversdale areas, fiber HAS been laid BUT has not been activated. It seems that OpenSource are hogging what is a national resource. Banks have been connected and the SAP on layer 2 only . Getting anyone to assist is a nightmare with OpenSource having no published contact telephone numbers. Even maintaining our ISDN line seems to much for them with routing issues and huge shortages of s****ed technical expertise. Our dedicated copper line has been down for 30 hours and we are left having to do their work in troubleshooting the problem. Neither company is able to even provide landlines, so we have to fill the gap for local companies. Response to problems is very poor and they seem unable to maintain service with the lines regularly going down due to routing and other mistakes at Telkom.
