Openserve Telkom prepaid fiber is so disappointing ,the worst of them all

I started using this openserve prepaid fiber last month and I was given a code of a B number to make my payment and it worked perfectly last month, now I made another payment on the 15 of April 2025 which is yesterday but my wifi didn't connect.i started calling the Telkom helpline since from 8 am till 5 am me being transferred from agent to agent till I asked to speak to their manager but I was holding till they knocked off while they said they are transferring me,am so disappointed with them because they were saying the B number i used is incorrect for my router and i asked them to locate it but nothing ,even now am still sitting without wifi ,their agents are so rude they will tell you that there is nothing they will do ,i just need my money back i will try other providers
