I recently had the best experience to date with the relocation of my WiFi line. Mr Luvuyo Makapela from openserve Kariega went above and beyond in getting my line up and running within a few days and even assisted on a public holiday (09 August). Once he got the line up there were still some underlying issues in the area leading to poor internet speeds. Mr Luvuyo Makapela was quick in escalating the matter. The next day I could see multiple openserve vans in the area trying to resolve the issue. Today I am a happy customer with full connectivity. Thanks again to Luvuyo Makapela, the gents in the field and openserve administration.
