OPenserve (TELKOM) does it again------POOR SERVICE

Poor service received from Openserve (TELKOM) installer. What can I expect! Technician (MR Malema) phoned to confirm installation date and time (23 Jan 2018 for 16h00) and GUESS WHAT, FAILED to PITCH!!! Whatever happened to customer service!!!! and VOX (# ********** 4-X572423) cannot even help
